At our 15th March meeting, we talked about the new features in iOS 17.4 and Robert shared some tips. Members also discussed a number of other topics.
iOS 17.4
We looked at the new features in iOS 17.4 including:
- New emoji.
- Podcast transcripts. DaveK showed us that this feature allows you to search for words mentioned in a show and then jump straight to that part of the audio.
- Songs found using the Control Centre music recognition option can now be added to Apple Music.
- A stopwatch live activity is now available.
- The purchase history in the App Store now combines all purchases made on your Apple ID including music, TV shows and subscriptions as well as apps.
